To help you enjoy an easier time selling your home, we can thoroughly inspect the property before your listing is published. All visible and readily accessible areas will be evaluated for defects that you may choose to have corrected before showing the home so that you’re more likely to receive offers that match what you had in mind.
11th Month Warranty Inspection
For this inspection, we need to inspect your new home before the warranty expires—which typically occurs after one year of ownership. We’ll comprehensively evaluate the property so that we can diagnose potential defects that have emerged since you first closed on the home. Often, many repair issues will be included under the warranty agreement so that you’re not liable for the full cost.
Home Maintenance Inspection
In order to keep your home maintained properly, you need to stay up to date on the home’s existing condition. We’re able to perform a full inspection of the property that will reveal potential maintenance issues that you’ll need to get to in the near future. We’ll also help you come up with a reasonable maintenance schedule so that you can take care of the most pressing needs first.
When we perform a full home inspection, chances are that we’ll find a few defects that need to be resolved. If the seller of the home agrees to take care of the issues, we can return to the property afterward to perform a Re-inspection—ensuring that the work was done right and that you can safely move forward with your investment.
Pool / Spa Inspections
This inspection service is a full evaluation of a home’s pool or spa and any accessory components. We’ll carefully inspect the pool structure to look for any defects that could render the pool unsafe—and we’ll also make sure that the mechanical systems are in good and operable condition.
